INFUSED WATER RECIPES

 

Strawberry, Orange, and Mint Infused Water

Makes 2 Liters

  • 1 Orange
  • 10 Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint, about 8-10 leaves.
  • Mint adds a nice subtle flavor to this recipe, 

  • Instructions
    1. In a large pitcher, add the orange and strawberries.
    2. Over the pitcher squeeze and slightly twist the mint, do not tear apart you only want to gently release the oils, add the mint leaves to the fruit.
    3. Top with ice and water.
    4. Let the pitcher sit in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
    5. When the water is down to ¼ full in the pitcher, refill with water and place back in the fridge. You can do this several times.
    6. Store Strawberry, Orange, and Mint Infused Water in the fridge up to 24 hours.



  • 2 quarts water
  • 1/4 fresh pineapple, sliced
  • 3 fresh mint sprigs


  • Combine all ingredients in a large glass carafe or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Strain before serving.

  :Orange slices

:Lemon slices

     :Chopped ginger


Slice fruits or vegetables of your choice into bite-sized pieces.

In a 1 liter jar, place sliced fruits at the bottom of the jar. Cover to the rim with ice.
Pour water until full (approximately 1 cup) and seal with a lid. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes so flavors can seep into the water.

Keeps in the fridge up to two days, water is most refreshing when cold.
